She has harnessed the viral power of digital interactions and taps the very tools and methods that are the triggers of transformation.
A firm believer in the activism model of transformation, Melinda works tirelessly to create a partnership model with clients based on the principles of co-design and collaboration at all levels of the organization. She believes in the idea of true partnership and knowledge-sharing, believing that the co-design process leads to “enabled leaders, and an engaged and enthusiastic organization.”
With expertise in management consulting, continuous improvement, organizational strategy, change management and project design and delivery across the fields of logistics, education, finance, the not for profit sector, and government Melinda’s end-to-end experience enables her to visualize and deliver on opportunities for her clients.
